Verena Ibl obtained her Diploma and Doctoral degrees from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna. After her Post-Doc training, she established her independent group 2016 at the University of Vienna. 2020, she received her Venia Docendi in Plant Cell Biology. Since March 2024, Verena is Professor at University of Applied Sciences (HTW Dresden) for Botany / Ecophysiology of Plants.
